(1) Membership status will be checked by the HTAi office. Only participants with a valid membership status for 2009-2010 at the time of the Conference will be allowed as a fully registered participant. One-day registration, workshops and the Conference Dinner are open to non-members.
(2) Students are required to provide a copy of their student ID card or student record from a recognized school or educational institution.

- All payments must be made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page on the Conference website), cheque or bank transfer.
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the HTAi 2009 Conference Secretariat.
- Registration fees will apply according to the date of receipt of the payment.
- Outstanding payments will be collected on site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Conference account on time. A credit card and a signature could be required as a guarantee.
(1) Payment by Credit Card
Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. In the event of a calculation error, HTAi 2009 Conference Secretariat reserves the right to amend the total owing.
(2) Payment by Cheque
All cheques must be sent with the transaction number and registered name to accelerate the registration process and to ensure payment is allocated to the correct booking.

(4) Payment for On-site Registration
For on-site registration, only payment via cash and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Please note that on-site registration fee will apply for all on-site payment.
All registered participants will receive a confirmation of their registration as well as all information regarding the status of their registration file. Registration will be considered complete and valid upon reception of full payment of fees.
Participants must contact the Conference Secretariat to modify their registration once the transaction has been closed online.
Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Refund of registrations fees
Before April 1, 2009: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of SGD$100.00.
April 1 – May 31, 2009: 50%
After May 31, 2009: No refund
Refund of Pre-conference workshops, social activities and tours
There will be no refund for cancellations at anytime unless the activity is cancelled by the organisers.
Note: No refund will be processed on site.
Name substitutions of registered participants will be accepted at any time with the written authorisation of the registered person at an extra charge of SGD$50.
