SUBMISSION FOR PROPOSAL CLOSED. THANK YOU.
The International Scientific Programme Committee (ISPC) invites HTAi members and other colleagues to submit ideas for topics and themes for the parallel panel sessions which will be part of the 6th HTAi Annual Meeting in Singapore in 2009.
There will be up to 18 panel sessions during the conference; 6 panels may be held simultaneously each day for the three days of the conference.
If you have an idea for a topic or theme, please send an e-mail to conferenceinfo@nhg.com.sg, providing as much information as you currently have available.
This could include names of potential panellists.
The ISPC will review such suggestions in its development of the Scientific Programme.
If you wish to organise a panel session, please download and complete the form below and submit it to
conferenceinfo@nhg.com.sg.
The deadline for receipt of submissions has been extended to 1 December 2008.
Evaluation Criteria
- Coherence of individual presentations (e.g., Do they collectively address the topic of the session? Are they representative of global HTA practice?)
- Relevance of topic to the goals of HTAi (this information is available at www.htai.org).
- Appropriateness of speakers' qualifications to present the topic
- If funding is required, availability of funding for the session
Please ensure that enough information is provided to permit the ISPC to evaluate the proposal against these criteria. If the information is not complete or not clear, the proposal may not be accepted.
Selection process

The ISPC will review all submissions/ideas and generate a short list.
- Where needed, the ISPC will contact you for details/clarification by 31 December 2008
- Selection of panels sessions by the ISPC by 28 February 2009
